Cindy Riley

It would be hard to beat Cindy with breadth of experience in real estate. Since becoming a full-time realtor in 1983, she has handled land and farm properties as well as every kind of residential sale from condos to multi-million dollar estate properties, which provides her with a comprehensive knowledge of all things real estate. In 1990 she founded Riley & Associates Realtors where she shone as a straight-talking mentor to other realtors and eventually grew the business to three offices with over thirty agents. In December 2019, she sold her company and was able to focus on her role as owner and agent with the Riley-Maher Team. Cindy’s contribution to real estate can be summed up in a word: generosity. As her clients and colleagues can attest, she is generous with her time, her wisdom, and her energy, resulting in a great experience and outcomes for clients.
Jessica Powell

Jessica joined the Riley-Maher Team in January 2026. Her earliest work experience was in the retail food business where she gained skills and discovered aptitudes for supervising, customer service, and operations oversight, all areas that are now benefitting her real estate clients. Drawn to a real estate career by her aunt, Jess Maher, she interned with the Team after high school then went on to complete the Maryland Real Estate Principles & Practices course at Harford Community College. After passing the state and national tests in November 2025 she obtained her real estate license and is gaining experience quickly through her partnership with the team. Her impressive grasp of technology and social media tools is already proving to be a big asset.
